Electrical Characterization Tools


IITBNF has extensive electrical testing facilities for various kinds of nanodevices. Electrical measurements form an important part of device testing, often during as well as after device fabrication.

Dedicated instruments for detailed measurements and analysis of device capacitance, current, magnetism and lifetime are available. Additionally, instruments for specialized measurements on solar cells and quantum devices are also in place.

To avoid cross-contamination, separate equipments have been allocated as per device material and applications. The following list covers all our electrical characterization facilities currently available:
